Hair highlighting is the latest trend today. Hair Highlights help make a stunning impression and add greatly to one’s hair tone and shade.

There are three ways in which hair highlighting is done.

1) Foiling: This is the most common practice of hair highlighting. Done mostly in saloons, fine strands of hair are taken together and bleached. They are then wrapped in a foil and left for some time. Done closest to the roots, this is said to be the best method.

2) Hair Painting: This method is very easy; it requires one to randomly apply bleach to parts of hair. It can be done by a stylist; also one can resort to this technique themselves.

3) Capping: Said to be the oldest method of hair highlighting, this method requires one to put on a cap with several holes on the head. Hair is then pulled out through small hooks and is highlighted. Known to be a pain staking method, it is not followed at present.
